Keep it classic or blend in your favorite herbs, avocado, roasted red peppers, or spicy harissa.
2 cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp pepper
extra virgin olive oil
In a food processor or powerful blender, process garbanzos, tahini, lemon juice, water, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch (or two!) of paprika.
